What are your planters made from?

The planters are made from all-weather Polystone and the planter frames are made from recycled composite. The screens are also made from all-weather recycled composite. All the components on the planters are fully weatherproof, highly durable and require no maintenance.

Do your planters have drainage holes?

Yes, there are two drainage holes with removable bungs in each planter base.

Are the wheels on the base lockable?

Absolutely. Each wheel features a secure locking mechanism, ensuring your planter stays perfectly in place once positioned—ideal for safety, stability, and a flawless look.

Can the screens be installed in the middle or at the rear of the planter?

Yes. The base is designed with multiple fixing points, giving you the flexibility to position the screen exactly where you want—whether central for a balanced, statement look or at the rear for maximum planting space.

What is included?

The Planter and screen of your choice, plus the frame for the screen size that you select. We also provide the fixing kits ensuring you have all the necessary components. The wheeled base is an optional extra.

Which delivery options do you offer?

Our delivery options are as follows:

Charles & Ivy Premium Home Delivery:
Available for all orders over £150.
For orders under £150, there will be a £30 delivery fee.
Delivery time: 3-12 working days from the date of ordering.
Delivered by our in-house delivery team.

Click and Collect:
Collect your order for free from our Manchester warehouse at: Charles and Ivy, 2 Opus Cl, Carrington, Manchester, M31 4RQ
Your order will be ready for collection within 2 working days.
Please provide 24 hours' notice before collection.
Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID when picking up your items.

Are your items in stock?

All items on our website are currently in-stock and will delivered to your door by our in-house delivery team within 3-12 working days of placing your order.

What height is the wheeled base?

The wheeled base is 30mm, wheels are also lockable to ensure no movement.

Is there a warranty?

We’re confident in the quality and durability of our products. That’s why we offer an industry-leading 20-year warranty.

What is the returns policy?

If you wish to return your items you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. If the Goods require collection, we will collect them from the address to which they were delivered. However, you may be charged a collection fee in the event you’re returning unwanted products that are not faulty or damaged. Your refund will be processed after the product is returned to our warehouse and thoroughly inspected. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection.
