Composite Fences

Our modern composite fence panels offer a refined way to shape a stylish garden boundary without the upkeep of traditional timber. Designed for long-term outdoor performance, our composite fencing removes the need for regular painting, staining or sealing while still delivering an elevated, architectural finish. Durable, low maintenance and more sustainable than wood alone, it is a practical choice for homeowners who want their garden to feel considered, polished and built to last.

Our collection includes composite fence panels for existing concrete posts, alongside options supplied with aluminium posts and composite posts, making it easier to create a fencing system that suits both your space and your design preferences. The panels are also lighter and easier to handle than many expect, helping to make installation more straightforward. Whether you are updating an existing boundary or designing a completely new look, composite fencing offers a clean, durable and design-led solution for modern outdoor living.

FAQs

Why choose composite fence panels?

Our composite fence panels are incredibly lightweight, which makes them easy to handle and lift. And better yet, you only need a few basic tools to install them, including:

  • A spirit level to ensure every composite fence panel and post is levelAn adjustable spanner to tighten the bolts up
  • A pen or pencil to mark out where the bolts need to go (this makes drilling easier!)
  • A drill with an 8mm drill bit for fixing into timber decking or an 8mm masonry drill bit for concrete or stone

At Charles and Ivy, we supply composite fence panels for existing concrete posts and with aluminium and composite posts, which is ideal if you’ve not got existing fence posts in your garden. If you’re opting for new posts, watch our how-to-install video that talks you through the installation process in a few simple steps.

What are composite fence panels made of?

A composite fence panel is constructed from a combination of recycled plastic and reclaimed wood fibres, providing amazing durability and longevity.

Since composite fencing is made from recycled materials, our range of products are an excellent choice for eco-conscious homeowners who are eager to enhance their property while reducing their environmental footprint. They go through a process known as ‘co-extrusion’ which involves melting the wood fibres and plastic together and moulding them into the shape of composite fence panels.
