Fitting composite cladding is relatively simple but requires a methodical installation process to ensure long-term durability, effective ventilation, and a high-quality, professional finish.
Before installation begins, boards should be stored flat and allowed to acclimatise on site for approximately 48 hours to minimise movement once fitted. The wall surface must be sound, clean, and structurally secure. A breathable, waterproof membrane should then be installed across the full wall area to prevent moisture ingress while still allowing the structure to breathe.

Treated timber battens are fixed over the membrane at centres of no more than 500–600mm. Battens should be installed vertically for horizontal cladding and horizontally for vertical cladding. Adequate spacing must be maintained to allow airflow behind the boards and ensure effective drainage.
Each board is easily fixed using srews, with all fixings concealed by the overlapping next piece, maintaining a clean, seamless appearance across the façade. Once complete, the system is finished with colour-matched corner trims, secured using exterior-grade adhesive or stainless steel fixings to provide a durable, weather-resistant, and professional result.
