Lifetime Warranty

This Lifetime Warranty applies to Charles & Ivy decorative panels, fence screens, and fence slats when used, installed, and maintained under normal conditions.

This warranty covers defects including, but not limited to:

• Fading
• Rotting
• Splintering
• Peeling
• Manufacturing defects

The warranty begins on the date your product is delivered and remains in effect for the lifetime of the product for the original purchaser.

Examples of things that are not covered under this warranty include:

• Normal wear and tear
• Physical damage such as burns or stains

Lifetime Warranty

This Lifetime Warranty applies to all Charles & Ivy fence posts, fence post blanking strips, fence channels, and fence slat capping when used, installed, and maintained under normal conditions.

This warranty covers defects including, but not limited to:

• Rusting
• Corrosion
• Manufacturing defects

The warranty begins on the date your product is delivered and remains in effect for the lifetime of the product for the original purchaser.

Examples of things that are not covered under this warranty include:

• Normal wear and tear
• Physical damage such as burns

If you think you have a claim to make under your warranty, contact us. Our team will respond to you within 24 hours.

We will provide replacement products for successful warranty claims. We do not give refunds.
