We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £300. Orders under £300 have a delivery fee of £30. We care about your experience, so we don’t use third-party couriers. Instead, our trained Charles & Ivy delivery team will transport your products with care and place them at your property as you require.

If you wish to return your items, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase. If the goods require collection, we will collect them from the address to which they were delivered. However, you may be charged a collection fee if you’re returning unwanted products that are not faulty or damaged. Your refund will be processed after the product is returned to our warehouse and thoroughly inspected. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection.

As all made-to-order and bespoke items are manufactured specifically to your requirements, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or accept returns once an order has been placed. However, in the unlikely event of any defects, we will replace the affected parts.

Do the mirrors come ready to hang?

Yes, all our mirrors come with secure, pre-fitted hanging fixtures, making them quick and easy to install. Each mirror can be hung horizontally or vertically.

Can I hang the mirror horizontally and vertically?

Most of our mirrors can be hung either way, giving you complete flexibility to suit your room layout. Our Arch mirrors can only be hung vertically.

Do your mirrors come with protective pads to prevent wall or floor damage?

Yes, every mirror comes with self-adhesive protective pads that can be applied to the base or back of the mirror. These help to keep your walls and floors safe from marks or scratches.

How are the LED mirrors powered?

All of our LED mirrors are mains powered and come complete with a plug-in transformer, making installation simple and reliable. The power cable is 5 meters in length.

Are the LED lights dimmable?

Yes. Every LED mirror includes an integrated dimmer function, allowing you to effortlessly adjust the brightness using the remote control to create the perfect lighting for any moment.

How long do the LEDs last?

Are the mirrors energy efficient?

Is the LED lighting CE certified?

Can the mirrors be mains powered without a plug (hard-wired)?

Yes. Our mirrors can be hard-wired only by a qualified electrician. Each mirror is supplied with a 5m cable and an integrated transformer (size: 185mm x 60mm x 20mm). The cable includes a UK plug, which can be removed if you prefer the mirror to be connected directly to your mains supply.

Does the mirror have a backing for safety?

Yes. Each mirror is reinforced with an 18 mm black MDF backing, offering exceptional strength and stability. This solid structure not only enhances safety by greatly reducing the risk of breakage, but also gives the mirror a reassuring, high-quality feel—designed to stand the test of time in any luxury interior.

How long will delivery take?

What happens if my mirror arrives damaged?

All mirrors are packaged carefully for safe transport, but if your item arrives damaged, simply contact our Customer Service team and we’ll arrange a replacement quickly.

How do I clean my mirror?

Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or scouring pads, especially on LED components.
