Our fence posts can be installed either below ground (set into concrete) or above ground (surface-mounted), depending on your project and ground conditions.
If you select the sunk into ground installation option, we will automatically supply a longer post to allow for the correct depth to be sunk securely into the ground. For example, if you choose a 190cm fence height, we will supply a 250cm post, as approximately 60cm will be set into the ground for strength and stability.
Simply select your preferred installation method and we will ensure the correct post length is provided, along with the relevant fixing kit, for a secure and professional finish.

Each post comes with an composite cap that fits onto its top to complete its elegant look and prevent water leaking inside, as well as an composite base plate and a fixing kit to secure the post to the ground. When adding your chosen post to your basket, remember to select the appropriate fixing kit for the surface you will place your post on.
Each post comes with one blanking strip to fill in the channel you don’t need and give your post a smooth, flawless look. You can order more blanking strips if you need them.

We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £300. Orders under £300 have a delivery fee of £30. We care about your experience, so we don’t use third-party couriers. Instead, our trained Charles & Ivy delivery team will transport your products with care and place them at your property as you require.
Our stock availability is updated live on our website, so you won’t be surprised by lengthy delivery times when you shop with us. Find full details on our Delivery and returns page.
If you wish to return your items, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase. If the goods require collection, we will collect them from the address to which they were delivered. However, you may be charged a collection fee if you’re returning unwanted products that are not faulty or damaged. Your refund will be processed after the product is returned to our warehouse and thoroughly inspected. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection.
As all made-to-order and bespoke items are manufactured specifically to your requirements, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or accept returns once an order has been placed. However, in the unlikely event of any defects, we will replace the affected parts.
