Yes, Composite fencing uses a mix of recycled timber and plastic, we use the equivalent weight of 80 large plastic bottles in each slat. This is plastic that could have ended up in the oceans or in landfill. Composite is also a great alternative to using wooden panels, not only does wooden fencing require harvesting and replacing frequently, but wooden fencing also requires chemical and paint treatments to extend its life and durability, these chemicals will eventually work their way into the soil.

Yes, our posts can be installed directly into the ground. We recommend sinking 40–130 cm posts by 40 cm, and 160–220 cm posts by 70 cm.

You don’t need to order one separately — we’ll automatically add an additional end post to your order to complete your fencing run. This ensures your fencing is supplied with everything needed for a professional finish. Please note, the additional end post will be charged at the standard price.

If you plan to install your fencing in separate sections, you will need to purchase additional posts separately. The standard order only covers posts for a continuous run.

Yes, our composite posts feature slots on all sides, allowing them to be used for both straight runs and corners. We also include blanking strips to cover any unused channels for a clean, finished look.

Yes, we have matching Driveway and Pedestrian gates for all of our fencing collections, these are available in different heights and will be made to your requested width.

If you wish to return your items you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. If the Goods require collection, we will collect them from the address to which they were delivered. However, you may be charged a collection fee in the event you’re returning unwanted products that are not faulty or damaged. Your refund will be processed after the product is returned to our warehouse and thoroughly inspected. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection.

Yes, we offer a professional site survey. A specialist can visit your property to take measurements, assess the space, and help determine exactly what’s needed for your project.

How much does it cost?

The site survey costs £250.
If your order exceeds £2500, the full £250 site survey charge will be refunded as a discount on your order.
If your order is below £2500, you’ll still benefit – 50% of the site survey charge will be refunded as a discount on your order.
