Do you provide gate automation kits?

No, we do not offer gate automation kits but all of our gates are compatible to fit any below or above ground automation.

How do I measure the width of the gate I need?

To ensure your gate is manufactured and assembled to the correct size, please accurately measure the distance between the pillars where the driveway gate will be installed. It's essential to provide precise measurements of the gap where the gates will be fitted. We will manufacture your gate to the exact dimensions you provide, accounting for the space needed for hinges. Please note that once the gate is manufactured to your specifications, we cannot make adjustments or accept returns.

How do I order or get a quote?

You can custom-build your gate directly through our website using our guided configurator. Alternatively, you’re welcome to speak with one of our product specialists, who will walk you through the design options, specifications, and pricing.

What’s the typical lead time?

Our standard lead time is 7–12 weeks, depending on the current backlog, complexity of your order and level of customisation.

Our delivery options are as follows:

For orders under £200, there will be a £35 delivery fee.

Are your products easy to install?

All of our products are simple to install, please find our step by step video guides on how to install here.

Do you provide installation services?

No, but all gates a relatively straightforward to fit by a competent DIY'er or tradesman.

What's included?

Your gate includes the slats and design of your choice, along with a custom-made gate frame, lockable handle(if non automated), drop bolts and hinges, all tailored to your specified dimensions. The gates arrive fully assembled to the exact width and height you’ve requested. Our dedicated logistics team will handle the delivery of your driveway gates. Please be aware that the gates are designed to open inwards.

Do you supply gate posts?

Yes, we do. If you don’t have existing pillars, we offer gate posts that can be purchased alongside your gates. Our posts are specifically designed to complement and support your chosen gate. For optimal stability, we recommend installing the gate posts at a depth of 60cm into the ground.

Do you offer matching pedestrian gates or fencing?

Yes, we offer matching pedestrian gates and a range of fencing options that complement our driveway gates, ensuring a cohesive look for your property.

Do your gates require maintenance?

Very little. A simple wash with water and mild detergent a few times a year is all that’s required to maintain their appearance and performance.

Is there a warranty?

We’re confident in the quality and durability of our products. That’s why we offer an industry-leading 20-year warranty.

What is the returns policy?

All of our gates are custom-made to your exact specifications, they cannot be returned once manufactured. However, if any parts are incorrect or found to be defective upon delivery, we will promptly replace them at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with the quality and fit of your gate.

Do you offer surveys?

Yes, we offer a professional site survey. A specialist can visit your property to take measurements, assess the space, and help determine exactly what’s needed for your project.

How much does it cost?

The site survey costs £250.
If your order exceeds £2500, the full £250 site survey charge will be refunded as a discount on your order.
If your order is below £2500, you’ll still benefit – 50% of the site survey charge will be refunded as a discount on your order.
