UK mainland delivery is available within 3–5 working days. Your delivery charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our trained Charles & Ivy delivery team will handle your order with care and place the products at your property as required.

If you wish to return your items, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase. If the goods require collection, we will collect them from the address to which they were delivered. However, you may be charged a collection fee if you’re returning unwanted products that are not faulty or damaged. Your refund will be processed after the product is returned to our warehouse and thoroughly inspected. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection.

As all made-to-order and bespoke items are manufactured specifically to your requirements, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or accept returns once an order has been placed. However, in the unlikely event of any defects, we will replace the affected parts.

Yes. SPC flooring requires a suitable underlay to provide support, improve comfort and help reduce sound. Always use the recommended underlay and follow the supplied installation instructions.

What condition should the subfloor be in?

The subfloor must be dry, clean, stable and level. Dips, high spots or loose areas should be corrected before installation to prevent movement, noise or damage to the click joints.

Does SPC flooring require an expansion gap?

Floating SPC flooring generally requires an expansion gap around walls, door frames, pipes and fixed objects.

Can SPC flooring be used with underfloor heating?

Yes. SPC flooring can be used with underfloor heating. Ensure the heating system is installed correctly and the temperature is increased gradually to avoid sudden changes.

How should I clean SPC flooring?

Regularly remove dust and grit using a soft broom or suitable vacuum attachment. Clean with a well-wrung damp mop and a pH-neutral cleaner suitable for vinyl flooring. Avoid abrasive products, harsh chemicals and excessive water.
